I took a 6 week gardening course this past winter and coerced Matt into helping me plant a Spring Garden. The broccoli went awry, as did the cauliflower, but the lettuce and radishes seem to be a go! This afternoon I made a yummy Spinach Salad with the most green and crisp and yummy spinach I have ever tasted. Yahoo for our Spring Garden and the yummy Spinach we planted! I can't wait till late summer when we are eating our own home grown tomatos.

I am loving the spinach from my garden too, I had a salad for lunch today with that and some of the baby greens I planted! MMM!!!
